What counties do you cover?
All Arizona counties. Tier 1 is one county (option to add one extra county), Tier 2 includes all counties.
Do I get title/lien checks automatically?
They are request-based support services (especially for higher-risk requests). Tier 2 requests are prioritized.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Start Tier 1, and upgrade to Tier 2 when you need all counties and faster research support.
